If you are experiencing a mental health crisis call 9-1-1 immediately.

You can also call 9-8-8 -- the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline which connects you directly to trained counselors who can provide immediate support and connect you to resources.

Additionally, for people without mental health coverage you can access many low- to no-cost federal and state Mental Health Resources by calling 2-1-1, a nationwide service provided through the United Way that features live operators 24/7.
