LOCAL 1262'S NEW SUPPLEMENTAL BENEFITS PROGRAM
Local 1262 is pleased to announce our partnership with The Forza Insurance Group – our new supplemental benefit provider.
As a member of UFCW Local 1262, your well-being is our top priority. That’s why we’ve partnered with Forza Insurance Group to provide you the opportunity to purchase Supplemental Insurance Benefit programs at special rates.
Supplemental Insurance Benefits are different from health Insurance. They are extra plans that you can purchase as a safety net in case of injury or illness -- on or off the job. You get direct payment after a qualifying event, and you can use the money for whatever you want. It can be used for mortgage payments, groceries, hiring extra help while you recover, etc.
Supplemental Insurance Benefits from The Forza Insurance Group are guaranteed acceptance, which means that there’s no medical exam -- you cannot be turned down.
Forza Benefits Advisors will be visiting your stores on a regular basis and typically set-up in the Break Room. Look for posters in your stores and post cards in your mail announcing when they will be on-site in your store.
