Local 1262 members who work full-time are eligible for Dental Coverage after three months of employment.
Members who work part-time are eligible for Dental Coverage after 24 months of employment.
Local 1262 members have dental coverage through the Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Plan Network. The network has more than 329,000 providers nationwide.

- Choose Dental in the “What type of care are you looking for?”
- Choose Horizon PPO in the “Choose A Plan” drop down menu.
- Add your location with either zip code or City & State
- You can search by a specific dentist, dental practice, or dental specialty. Once you select a provider option, the search will automatically generate.
